We undertook a naming and branding session that allowed us to develop a comprehensive strategy on how to position this asset. The Junction embodied the western story of growth and it’s perfect access to Melbourne’s major road networks, including the West Gate Freeway, Western Ring Road and Princes Freeway.
With strong interest as soon as the campaign launched The Junction sold at a compelling rate. Final stages were released just two months after launch.
