Whitestone Point

Overview

Whitestone Point is a residential development of over 200 lots nestled in Hobart’s growing northern suburbs.

Nose to Tail worked very closely with the client, and conceptualised a brand identity that represented the community’s riverfront location using vibrant colours, pristine photography and 3D renders. Our concept was a direct response from the research and analysis we undertook of the surrounding market. We crafted a strong message that spoke to the development’s target audience and developed a full creative campaign that seamlessly integrated digital and printed collateral.

Stage 1 of the Whitestone Point’s master-planned community had sold out prior to being officially released to market. The remaining lots were on high demand, making Whitestone Point one of Hobart’s most successful house and land sales campaigns of 2019.
