As part of Nose to Tail’s continuing relationship with commercial property agency CBRE, we developed a new website for their Melbourne team following the brief to drive enquiries and enhance the user experience.
Working closely with CBRE, we established the reason behind wanting a new website, what wasn’t working, and what new features could be added to increase conversion rates. We then designed a user friendly website that represented the CBRE brand in a uniquely Melbourne way, using special listing features such as an interactive property map, improved SEO content, and streamlined news and events elements. We also led training workshops for the team, encouraging them to understand the new website closely.
The new Melbourne website has successfully increased web traffic, newsletter sign ups and new points of contact.
