Essendon Fields is a $1 Billion AUD Commercial and Aviation Precinct only 12kms from the Melbourne CBD. The site has been in development over a 10 year period and will deliver another 2 million sqm in Commercial and Mixed Use space over the next 10 years.

Nose to Tail have been working with this client for over 5 years – creating its brand positioning, commercial development campaigns and a place-branding strategy. We manage their design and marketing needs and provide strategic, creative and brand advice to help them continue growing as a diverse commercial precinct – positioning the precinct as an exciting and highly progressive business quarter.

In 2019, our strategic intent was realised with a new brand campaign, Melbourne’s Best Place for Business. Essendon Fields’s position is now cemented as one of Australia’s leading business precincts. It is home to over 6,000 workers and is a globally recognised example of a successful placemaking strategy.
