Overview

This project was a Leasing and Commercial sales campaign for Time and Place. The Junction encompasses 22 hectares of prime industrial land subdivided into 55 individual allotments. The development sat within Melbourne’s inner western industrial precinct in the core industrial and logistics suburb of Laverton North.

We began with a naming and branding session that allowed us to develop a comprehensive strategy on how to position this asset. The Junction embodied the western story of growth and its perfect access to Melbourne’s major road networks, including the West Gate Freeway, Western Ring Road and Princes Freeway.

With strong interest as soon as the campaign launched, The Junction sold at a compelling rate. Final stages were released just two months after launch.
