Our Approach

Working closely with our client, we created a brand identity that represented the community’s riverfront location with vibrant colours, pristine photography and 3D renders. Having analysed the surrounding market, we crafted a strong message that spoke to the development’s target audience and designed a full creative campaign that seamlessly integrated digital and printed collateral.

The Results

Stage 1 of the Whitestone Point’s masterplanned community had sold out prior to being officially released to market, and with the remaining lots being highly in demand, Whitestone Point has been one of Hobart’s most successful house and land sales campaigns of 2019.
